Don't use a browser's back button to go back to the page you came from (and ultimately hit the back button to end the script). That script has a "history.pushState(null, null, "?d=basker-4-2&u=" + Math.random() + "&c=" +
window.location.href);" which you can get to with the "window.location.href" part. If you had the script open in your browser while you were looking at the page it has such a code, it will reopen on that page. That is not something you want.
Instead of that, use the "History.pushState(null, null, "url");" to move to the new page where you can read the content.
The code I saw in the screenshot was originally used to allow pagination.

Plot
Stuart Dean (Corey Feldman), a very talented but lazy teenager, buys a car, runs it into a tree and faints. While he was recovering, he went into a cave, and came out with a mask. He wears the mask and becomes the new Lazy River Man.
Ricky (Michael Pataki), a two-timing scum, and his friends take advantage of the situation and steal every valuables and everything in sight. It is all a plan to get the mask off. After Ricky gets a hold of the mask, he doesn't want to return it, but is chased by Stuart and his friends. Stuart (with the mask) manages to throw Ricky into the river. Ricky is saved by his friends, who are later captured by Stuart.
